We waited until it was probably one of the worst driving conditions of the winter to decide the take the car to Deans to get a great looking set of stainless headers built. Driving down the Yellowhead with cars sliding and spinning into the ditch we pulled the trailer and the car out to his Sherwood Park shop. Leaving everything there we left Dean to do his magic while we took a little break and spent New Years in Vegas.
Well the holiday is over and the car is back home, Brian and Jordan are busy working on the motor while I try to get all organized to finish up the brake lines and make sure we are ready to go when the motor is done. The season is coming fast so we have to keep at it. The pictures of the car have been getting out to dragracingonline.com and competitionplus.com as well as a full page feature in Quick-Times magazine . We have been getting a great response as people see what we have been working on for so long. We even got a call from Missouri from the car builder saying how he liked the way it turned out.
Now to put it onto the track. We will try to keep updated with pictures as the final stretch is coming.
